Claire and Derek are on the run with their daughter, Elisa, who carries a terrifying secret: she is possessed by Satan himself. Their only hope is Father Kang, a fast-talking Italian exorcist with the fists of a street fighter, the swagger of a gunslinger, and a plan straight from Hell.

The plan is to deliver Elisa to the mothership, unleash Hell’s army, and let demons do what nuclear weapons could not: burn the aliens down. But when Satan awakens and chaos erupts, the final battle will demand more than violence.

The Film

Written and directed by Christian Kang Bachini through Via Mantra Productions, Haunting Skies begins as a 30-minute proof of concept, with a feature adaptation to follow.

The Book

Bachini independently published Haunting Skies after traditional literary agents pushed rewrites that diluted his original vision. He said no, published it himself, and it’s already charting among Amazon’s top occult and supernatural horror bestsellers. The sequel arrives October 2026.
